33 year old mom, Liane, of England is being featured on an upcoming episode of the show Blinging Up Baby. Pageants in themselves can be controversial but this mom is kicking it up a notice by dressing up her 4 year old as a Hooter’s waitress.

‘Some people may say it as controversial especially the theme that I have chosen but at the end of the day little girls wear swimming costumes to the beach all summer and that’s not a controlled environment.
